2,8 per mille - 12 glasses of beer. Now you're a genius. Your head swarms with ideas. Your cell phone bill grows faster then your beer bill.
3,8 per mille - 16 glasses of beer. If you are still alive - you are a lucky guy . Anyway, tomorrow an idea that you should better have died yesterday may cross your mind...
